Telkomsel Halo Main Package

If you need an extra data package for internet, social media, voice call or SMS, you can activate Telkomsel Halo Extra Quota of up to 20GB. There are 2 types of Extra Quota package:
  1. ONE-TIME PURCHASE DAILY EXTRA QUOTA
    You can activate Daily Extra Quota packages without subscription and automatic renewal, as follows:

Billing cycle is the period of time when the Telkomsel Halo is used, which will be accumulated into a bill at the end of the period. Bills will be sent to customers every month, precisely at the end of each Telkomsel Halo billing cycle.
Currently, you can choose one of the following billing cycles:
  • The 1st of every month.
  • The 6th of every month.
  • The 11th of every month.
  • The 16th of every month.
  • The 20th of every month.
You can make Telkomsel Halo payments during the payment period, which is for approximately 15 days from the time the bill comes out until the bill is due.

How to pay Telkomsel Halo bills

You will receive bills or price details related to your Telkomsel Halo usage every month at the end of the Telkomsel Halo billing cycle via email registered as an e-Bill recipient. Pay your bills on time to avoid blocking. Payments can be made through Telkomsel and designated partner channels.
