Mobile Banking

In addition to complying with the General Terms and Conditions of Telkomsel products and the General Privacy Policy of Telkomsel products, you hereby declare to have read and agreed to the terms and conditions of the Mobile Banking (SMS/UMB Banking) service as follows:

1. This service is valid for Telkomsel PraBayar (prepaid) and Telkomsel Halo (postpaid) customers.
2. To be able to enjoy the facilities and convenience of using the Mobile Banking (SMS/UMB Banking) service, please activate the SMS Banking service at your respective bank.
3. Customers can use the service to make financial and non-financial transactions that have been determined based on the policies of each bank.
4. Access to services is open for all registered and unregistered customers with the relevant bank.
5. Access and use of services by customers who have not been registered with the bank causes the bank to fail to carry out transactions. Therefore, make sure you have activated the SMS Banking service on your mobile phone number to the nearest bank branch office to be able to use the service.
6. Telkomsel may charge rates for each access or transaction of service made by the customer using the Telkomsel network, including if the transaction is not successfully executed by the bank.
7. The rates will reduce the customer's credit balance (prepaid) or charged to the customer's monthly bill (postpaid).
8. Rates for prepaid customers include VAT, while rates for postpaid customers do not include VAT.
9. Non-financial rates are charged for informational features such as balance checks, account record/history, and others.
10. Financial rates are charged for transactions that allow funds to be transferred from one account to another such as transfers, bill payments, credit purchases, and others.
11. The price/rate scheme for Telkomsel services may change at any time according to the price policy set by Telkomsel.
12. Telkomsel has the right to determine and change the price/rate for cellular telecommunications services at any time based on Telkomsel's policy, and/or if regulated by laws and regulations, and/or has been approved by the government. Information on these changes will be provided in Telkomsel's official communication media.
13. If the customer's SIM Card is lost/stolen/transferred to another party, the customer must immediately report it to the relevant bank. You declare that Telkomsel is not responsible for any losses arising from a damaged or lost Telkomsel SIM Card.
14. You declare that Telkomsel is not responsible for any losses or problems arising from the misuse of the service caused by your negligence, including, but not limited to, providing access to the service to other parties, accessing links or links provided by other parties, providing or show your username, password, email, or OTP to other parties, or other negligence that results in losses or problems with the service.
