EZnet by Telkomsel is a broadband service from Telkomsel that provides a fixed network, to provide an affordable home internet experience for customers.
EZnet by Telkomsel provides home internet services with 10Mbps speed.
To be eligible for this service, you must be in an area where the network is provided. You can subscribe to this service by contacting Telkomsel sales agent or visiting the nearest GraPARI.
These terms and conditions are the provisions of Telkomsel and may change at any time.
All bills, including EZnet by Telkomsel service fees, outstanding bills, and fines applicable to customers, do not include VAT in accordance with applicable laws.
Customers are prohibited from reselling part or all EZnet by Telkomsel services and are prohibited from transferring, changing, or misusing any EZnet by Telkomsel network services.
EZnet by Telkomsel subscription contract is valid for a minimum of 12 (twelve) months after the service is active. If a customer decides to cancel EZnet by Telkomsel subscription before the contract expires, they will be subject to a fine of Rp1,000,000.
Telkomsel does not serve cash transactions other than at GraPARI and If there are other parties who contact and ask for cash, please ignore them.
The New Installation Fee (PSB) promotion of 70% to Rp150,000 shall be paid after the EZnet by Telkomsel service device installation process is complete.
Customers can enjoy internet services with a stable connection, as well as applicable service guarantees from the company.
EZnet by Telkomsel provides Optical Network Terminal (ONT) during the subscription period. Rental costs are included in the monthly subscription fee.
This promotion is valid until June 30, 2024.
