²The display has rounded corners that follow a beautiful curved design, and these corners are within a standard rectangle. When measured as a standard rectangular shape, the screen is 6.68 inches diagonally. Actual viewable area is less.

Telkomsel Halo bundling mechanism

1. Please prepare your valid ID card and Family Card number before going to the store to make a purchase.
2. Your data along with ID and Family Card number will be used to validate Halo bunding customers.
3. If you have arrears to Telkomsel, you will be asked to pay off all the bills first before making Halo bundling transaction.
4. If the customer’s data turns out to be valid, the customer will be asked to fill out the new Halo subscription form at the store.

Halo Device Plan terms and conditions

1. The package price includes tax and applies full-rate.
2. Program is available for new customers and existing Halo customers.
3. Credit Limit Service (CLS) will be automatically set to Rp1 during contract period. If customers want to upgrade CLS, please visit nearest GraPARI. 
4. Customers are not allowed to change the package when the Halo Unlimited iPhone 5G Plan subscription contract is still active. Customers can buy Extra Quota package when the quota runs out.Extra Quota package activation will be added to current billing and need to be paid at the end of billing period as additional bill from the upfront bundling package.
5. After the subscription ends, the package will be switched to regular Halo Unlimited package. For more details, visit this page.
6. Extra 5G quota is only available when customer has activated 5G Provisioning and extra 5G quota on MyTelkomsel App.
7. Self-provisioning can be done via MyTelkomsel and within 5G coverage area.
8. Extra Data 5G can be activated up to 3 (three) times until December 31, 2022.
9. Customer cannot activate extra 5G quota if the current package is still active (customer can only activate 1 package at a time).

11. If customers decide to terminate the Halo number, the number will be deactivated. If they want to reactivate the number, they must pay all the overdue bills and the remaining bundling package quota cannot be returned. The package will be switched to regular Halo Unlimited.

How to activate the package:

1. Download and install MyTelkomsel App on the new smartphone.
2. Open the app and log in to MyTelkomsel account with the new smartphone and the bundled starter pack.
3. Select “Shop” menu.
4. Select “Internet” package category.
5. Click “BundlingMAX” tab menu.
6. Select “BundlingMAX iPhone 5G”, and click “Activate”.
7. Customer will get successful package activation notification through SMS from Telkomsel.

Terms and conditions:

1. All prices include VAT.
2. BundlingMAX package activation can only be done using registered mobile number and IMEI.
3. Every mobile number and IMEI can activate this package once.
4. BundlingMAX iPhone package will be renewed automatically every month during 3-month package validity period without extra charge to customers. After the validity period ends, BundlingMAX iPhone package will not be available to purchase separately and customer can buy other packages from wide selection of best offers from Telkomsel.
5. The data package is quota-based. If the quota runs out, other internet packages will be consumed or you will be charged with internet basic tariff (PAYU/Pay as You Use) of Rp100/20Kb.
6. The package quota will not be accumulated in the next month.
7. After BundlingMAX iPhone 5G package becomes active, customers can activate 5G quota worth 16GB via MyTelkomsel App.
8. The 16GB 5G quota bonus can be consumed for 30 days after bonus activation date.
9. Customers will get 16GB 5G quota for 3 times for each number and each iPhone device or during BundlingMAX iPhone 5G 3-month validity.

11. The All-Network Quota (main quota) can be used on all Telkomsel networks (2G/3G/4G/5G) all across Indonesia.
12. The Local Quota can only be used in the city where you activate the package, available on 2G/3G/4G/5G networks.
13. OMG! Quota can be used to access WhatsApp, LINE, TikTok, MusicMAX, GamesMAX, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, MAXstream, Disney+ Hotstar, VIU, Netflix, Lionsgate Play, Amazon Prime Video, and Vidio.
14. Entertainment Quota can be used to access MAXstream, MusicMAX, and GamesMAX.
15. Disney+ Hotstar subscription will be automatically active following data package validity.
