Halo bundling mechanism

1. Please prepare your valid ID card and Family Card number before going to the store to make a purchase.
2. Your data along with ID and Family Card number will be used to validate Halo bunding customers
3. If you have arrears to Telkomsel, you will be asked to pay off all the bills first before making Halo bundling transaction
4. If the customer’s data that has been validated and turns out to be valid, the customer will be asked to fill out the new Halo subscription form at the store.

Halo Unlimited iPhone Plan Terms and Conditions

1. The package price includes tax and applies full-rate.
2. This program is valid for new and existing Telkomsel Halo customers.
3. Credit Limit Service (CLS) will be automatically set to Rp 1,- during contract period. If customers want to upgrade CLS, please visit nearest Grapari.
4. Customers are not allowed to change the package when the Halo Unlimited iPhone Plan subscription contract is still active. Customers can buy Extra Quota package when the quota has been all used up.
5. After the subscription ends, the package will be switched to regular Halo Unlimited package. For more details: www.telkomsel.com/halo
6. If customers decide to terminate the Halo number, the number will be deactivated. If they want to reactivate the number, they must pay all the overdue bills and the remaining bundling package quota cannot be returned. The package will be switched to regular Halo Unlimited.

How to activate the package

1. Download and open the MyTelkomsel App.
2. Login to your MyTelkomsel account with your new bundling number and smartphone.
3. Select the “Shopping” menu.
4. Select the “Internet” package category.
5. Click the "BundlingMAX iPhone" menu.
6. Select the iPhone BundlingMAX package, then click "Buy".
7. Select the preferred payment method and complete the package purchase.
8. Customers will receive a successful package activation notification via SMS from 3636.

Terms and Conditions

1. All prices include VAT.
2. BundlingMAX package activation can only be done using registered mobile number and IMEI.
3. Every mobile number and IMEI can activate this package once.
4. BundlingMAX iPhone package will be renewed automatically every month during 3-month package validity period without extra charge to customers. After the validity period ends, BundlingMAX iPhone package will not be available to purchase separately and customer can buy other packages from wide selection of best offers from Telkomsel.
5. The data package is quota-based. If the quota runs out, other internet packages will be consumed or you will be charged with internet basic tariff (PAYU/Pay as You Use) of Rp100/20Kb.
6. The package quota will not be accumulated in the next month.
7. The All-Network Quota (main quota) can be used on all Telkomsel networks (2G/3G/4G) across Indonesia.
8. The Local Quota can only be used in the city where you activate the package, available on 2G/3G/4G.
9. OMG! Quota can be used to access YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, MAXstream, VIU, iflix, KlikFilm, and Nickelodeon Play.
10. Disney+ Hotstar subscription will be automatically active following data package validity.
